For donations (monthly or annually) with Visa Credit Cards you should fill out the form you find below and should send it by fax to the Home (+54-11- 42 79 00 45), indicating your name, address -zip code and country included- birthday, telephone, e-mail, credit card number, ID number and signature.

In case of bank transfer you will need Alba Home´s

- Account name/title

- Bank name

- Type of Account

- Account number

- Swift code
